Digital Legends. Physical Mechs. Real battles.
Temari began development many years ago after our team had helped build connected play experiences for major toy and game companies.
We saw the same missed opportunity again and again: toys with too little life, games trapped behind glass, and connected play that stopped just when it should have become magical.
So we set out to build something radical and new.
Temari is not an app slapped onto a toy. It is not a digital key to fixed content. It is a battle system where the game, the toy, and the player all matter equally.
Players hunt and capture rare digital Legends, battle them in AR, then load them into physical Mechs for real-world robot combat.
Legends are the soul. Mechs are the body. Battlers are the commanders.
Toys got quieter. We think they should fight back.
Over the decades, screens got bigger and louder while toys got smaller and quieter.
Games became worlds. Toys became collectibles. But there is still magic in the space between them: the moment a character you love feels like it belongs in your hands.
Temari is our attempt to rebuild that bridge. Not as a screen accessory. Not as a remote-control toy with an app attached but as a battle system where digital characters, physical robots, AR effects, story, factions, and real-world play all matter.
We want imagination to come alive again.
Real Robots. Real Battles. Real Play.

APP-CONTROLLED PHYSICAL BATTLE PROTOTYPE
Built, tested, and still evolving.
Temari has been in stealth development for many years.
The platform includes robot hardware, Temari Towers, 20+ developed Mechs, app-controlled physical battle, AR arena battling, Tower-enabled autonomous robot battling with mixed-reality effects, a full-on League backend, and a comic universe, concept art, a story bible. All with years of user testing in our QA labs.
This is a commercial endeavour, but it is craft-led. It wasn’t born in a spreadsheet, it comes from a belief that physical play and digital play can be stronger together.
We are prelaunch, but this is not just a pitch deck or a product test. Temari is a working world, and now it is ready to find its tribe.

The team behind the System.
We are an indie studio comprised of toy makers, game developers, engineers, artists, storytellers, and battle-system obsessive QA experts.
Across our careers, our teams and team members have filled key roles on projects including the original console versions of Warcraft II, Diablo, Sudeki, the Bakugan videogames series, the Cabela’s Topshot series, the AirHogs Connect Drone, Sick Bricks, and Sony PlayLink titles including Frantics and Chimparty.
Those projects taught us something simple: great play needs great characters, satisfying hardware, responsive software, and a reason to come back tomorrow.
Temari is where those lessons collide.
- We believe toys should move.
- We believe games should escape the screen.
- We believe characters matter more when you can battle with them.
- We believe kids deserve wonder, parents deserve trust, and players deserve depth.
- We believe physical play and digital play are stronger together.
Most of all we believe the next great battle system should belong to its community. So we are exiting stealth mode now to finish building Temari in public, with Founders, Battlers, creators, parents, partners, and fans helping shape what comes next.
Built for real-world play
Temari is designed for physical play, repeat matches, and family-friendly competition. We try to follow a Nintendoesque model of what that should mean for players. Robust, tough and fun, with safety and good natured competition at the center of it all.
