Temari Battle Systems Inc. (“Temari,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit temari.ai, join our reservation or founders list, contact us, buy or reserve products, use the Temari app, connect Temari hardware, participate in play features, or interact with our community, press, creator, support, or event programs.

Temari is a connected play system involving the Temari app, Battle Units, Mechs, Legends, AR battles, physical robot battles, optional Tower-enabled play, League features, events, and related products and services.

1. Information we collect

We collect different information depending on how you use Temari.

Information you give us

We may collect:

• name;
• email address;
• country, region, or shipping location;
• username, display name, password, avatar, faction choice, and account settings;
• parent or guardian contact details where required;
• reservation, preorder, order, payment, shipping, and purchase information;
• support messages, survey responses, feedback, press or creator inquiries, and business contact details;
• community posts, gameplay clips, event photos, testimonials, or other content you choose to submit.

We do not collect full payment card details directly. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors.


Website and cookie information

When you visit our website, we may collect:

• IP address;
• browser and device type;
• pages viewed;
• referring pages;
• approximate location based on IP address;
• cookie identifiers;
• analytics and advertising preferences.

Strictly necessary cookies are used to operate the website. Analytics, personalization, and marketing cookies are used only where permitted by law and your choices.


App, game, and account information

When you use the Temari app or online features, we may collect:

• account ID, username, age band, country/region, language, and parental-control settings;
• Legends captured, Mechs owned or connected, faction, inventory, progression, achievements, rankings, match history, and • League/event participation;
• battle logs, match results, gameplay settings, anti-cheat and safety signals;
• friend, team, tournament, event, or community participation information if those features are offered;
• crash reports, diagnostics, app version, operating system, device model, and performance information.


Temari hardware information


When you connect or use Temari hardware, we may collect information needed to operate, support, secure, and improve the product, such as:

• Battle Unit, Mech, Tower, accessory, or firmware identifiers;
• firmware version, battery level, connection state, calibration status, runtime, hardware events, error logs, and diagnostic data;
• Bluetooth, local network, or device-connection information needed to connect the app and hardware;
• repair, replacement, warranty, and support history.

We use hardware information to make the product work, support users, improve reliability, detect abuse or unsafe behavior, and maintain the game ecosystem.


Camera, AR, location, Bluetooth, and device permissions

Some Temari features may require device permissions, such as camera, AR sensors, Bluetooth, local network access, notifications, or location.

We will ask for permission where required by your device or by law. You can usually turn these permissions off in your device settings. Some features may not work without them.

Camera and AR data should be processed on your device where practical. We do not use camera or AR inputs to identify you unless we clearly tell you and obtain any required consent. We do not collect precise location unless a feature needs it and you allow it.


Children and parent information

Temari is designed as a family-friendly play system. Our website reservation list and marketing communications are intended for users aged 13 or older, or for parents/guardians acting for younger users.

If Temari offers child accounts or child-directed online features, we will use a parent or guardian consent flow where required. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 without required parental consent. Parents or guardians may contact us to review, correct, or delete a child’s personal information.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of users under 16 for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use child account data for targeted advertising.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to:

• operate the website, reservation list, app, game, hardware, support, and community features;
• create and manage accounts;
• process reservations, purchases, shipping, returns, warranty claims, and support requests;
• connect the app with Battle Units, Mechs, Towers, and accessories;

• improve Temari products, gameplay, hardware reliability, app performance, and user experience;
• comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect Temari, our users, and the public.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information for research, product development, analytics, press, investor, or business purposes.

4. When information is visible to others

Some Temari features may display limited information to other users, such as:

• username or display name;
• avatar;
• faction;
• rankings;
• match results;
• League/event participation;
• public community posts or creator submissions you choose to share.

Do not use your real name as your username if you do not want it to be visible. Temari does not offer direct in-app chat unless we clearly announce otherwise and update this policy.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money.

We may share information with:

• cloud hosting, database, app infrastructure, analytics, email, customer-support, payment, shipping, fulfillment, anti-fraud, security, and crash-reporting providers;
• app stores and platform providers where needed for app distribution, purchases, permissions, or device services;
• payment processors and shipping partners for purchases and deliveries;
• event, tournament, creator, press, or community partners when you participate in those programs;
• professional advisors, insurers, auditors, lawyers, accountants, and investors;
• authorities, courts, regulators, or others when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or users;
• another company if Temari is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.

We require service providers to use personal information only for the services they provide to us and to protect it appropriately.

Our general website signup, reservation list, and marketing emails are intended for users aged 13 or older, or for parents/guardians acting for younger users.
